Mulligan's Golf Course

A Community Links assessment, business plan, and ‘highest-and-best-use’ analysis for the renovation of an 18-hole city owned entertainment complex. The city requested a two-plan option to understand different economic scenarios. The Final Plan included a re-envisioned clubhouse with enhanced dining area, new practice facilities, trail-integration, and avenues for Public/ Private partnerships in the fashion of Community Links.
