Nate Baer handles every aspect of marketing vision development, proposal writing and concept implementation. His firm foundation in marketing principles as well as new media was honed in the commercial real estate industry where he served as the Director of Marketing for Wisconsin’s largest full-service commercial real estate firm. These experiences have also trained Mr. Baer as an accomplished public speaker and community representative.
Nate has more than a decade of experience in marketing strategy, public and press relations, marketing material development, branding, advertising, budgeting, corporate sponsorship, event planning and directing the efforts of all marketing and sales activities. Included in his experience are several years spent on the “client-side” managing marketing efforts for the largest commercial real estate and development firm in Wisconsin. His client-first focus leads to creative solutions and satisfied clients.
During his career, Nate has conducted marketing campaigns for one of the top 10 medical centers in the United States, 15 residential subdivisions in Southeastern Wisconsin, four luxury subdivisions on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, a manufacturer of electric motors, a Jesuit University, a condo and marina development in Jacksonville, Florida and hundreds of commercial real estate properties. Throughout all of these marketing campaigns, Nate sticks to the basic concept of telling people what they need to know. Whether it is on the internet, direct mail, television or print advertising the message must be kept simple and clear. His ability to quickly understand a client’s needs and challenges led to many successful marketing and sales successes for numerous clients throughout the United States.
Nate graduated cum laude from Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in communicative arts with a public relations emphasis and a Spanish minor.
